At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Salon22 experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible. Remember communication is key!
Running late for your appointment? Your first step is to notify the salon. Then try to get here as safe and quick as possible! If you are running more then 15 minutes late you will be charged 100% for the appointment and will need to reschedule your appointment. We have bookings back to back and everyone after you shouldn't have to pay for your tardiness.
We understand that things happen or pop up that may require you to reschedule. Again communication is key! We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. We enforce a strict 24 hour policy. You will be charged 100% of your service if you infringe on the cancelation/no show policy. When booking a card will be required to keep on file incase we need to enforce our cancelation/no show policy.
We also ask that if children are present during services that they are well behaved and respectful to the salon, its equipment, and the other clients receiving services. We ask that you try to find child care for your children during your appointment time. If your children are present we ask you to be aware of their surroundings. The stylists should not have to step in to reprimand your child/children.
Pets of any kind are not aloud in the salon. This is a state board of cosmetology rule and we strictly abide by it. Please leave your animals at home or in the car.
